Core Computing Foundation & Industry Placement Training

What is it?

An industry-relevant practical foundation course for students taking up prime IT- Jobs. This is useful for Non-IT students who anyway end up taking up IT jobs and as a refresher for IT students.

This is an institution-integrated learning concept conducted by Narayan Iyer that will immensely benefit the students.

What is the outcome?

The students will learn practical foundation concepts & the institution will see increased placements happening. The companies will come back to hire more students (due to their increased performance at work place)

What are the topics covered?

Industry specific - C Programming, Multicore Architecture fundamentals, OOAD, Database, Networking, Internet Technologies & Soft Skills. All practically driven through exercises with placement specific quiz for all session.

What is the Duration?

8 weeks, with 24 sessions (each session duration of 2 hours)

Who will conduct & what is the instructor's profile?

Narayan Iyer has over 19 years experience and worked in Intel (US and India). Worked with VTU BOS members on integration of Multicore concepts into VTU curriculum. Technically lead Intel educational embedded/network processor/multicore programs.

Where will it be conducted?

At institution's premise.

What is the cost?

Rs. 5000/- per student plus the institution can add-in any additional charges

When can it start?

Any mutually convenient date. Timings within the college hours or beyond.
